What are the durations of the leases?

We can tailor the leases to fit your needs. Most of our leases are on a month to month basis. However, should you wish to protect against an increase in the lease rates, we will work with you to establish a longer-term lease with a guaranteed rate up to one year.

How many days’ notice should I provide prior to moving out?

We request that you provide us 10 days’ notice of moving out.

What is the minimum time I can rent a unit?

Our minimum contract is for one month. You can leave any time but one month’s payment will be required.

What are your payment methods?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit card, checks and cash. We strongly recommend setting up an automatic debit/charge to avoid accumulating late fees.

When can I access my unit?

The electronic gates are open from 6am to midnight, seven days a week (including holidays) for your access, as long as your account is current.

Is insurance on my valuables required?

Yes. Your lease requires that your valuables be insured for your protection.

157 Self-Storage does not carry insurance for the contents of any unit. Many times, your homeowner policy will cover your valuables at our facility. If not, you can purchase a tenant insurance policy thru a third party vendor at our location, for your convenience. Unlike your homeowner’s policy, our tenant insurance policy does not have a deductible.

Do you offer storage for RV’s, boats, trailers and vehicles?

Yes. We have self-storage units as large as 15' x 50', which are fully enclosed w/electrical outlets for keeping your batteries charged. We also offer canopy parking for those not interested in a fully enclosed unit. These units are typically the most popular units. Please contact the manager for availability and pricing.
